Latios is the only pokemon that scarfice himself in the anime series. He left a fulfilled pokemon leaving Latias to carry on there species. Also, the final fake Pain was defeated by Naruto and Naruto met his father (the fourth hokage, who was inside Naruto the whole time).

I really miss Latios. Latios was my favorite of the two and I wish that he didn't sacrafice himself.
